How much toothpaste to use?
This is how much toothpaste i use everytime i brush my teeth. No need to put along the toothbrush. That and a drop of orange.

Hanging in the blue pouch bag is thieves soap bar. Purple pouch bag is the lavender soap the kids made last weekend.
Small pump dispenser is the peppermint shampoo. The bottle next to it is the lavender mint body shower. Aromabright toothpaste tube, Orange EO on the right, and satin scrub next to it.

I remember last saturday M A Salaam Jemain asked me what oil can be used when one has difficulty to sleep at night.
Well, Tranquil is one of the oils for that. It is a blend of Lavender, cedarwood and roman chamomile.
It is perfect for calming the nerves or emotions at the end of a long day or in times of stress. It may help one relax before going to bed. By helping the body relax, more blood is able to circulate to the brain, allowing goals and dreams to be visualized more vividly and accurately.

The Essential Oils that hard to finish
i wrote this in September when i was only using the oils for 4 months:-

I bought my everyday oil kit in May 2015. I gave samples to friends who needed it, gave some to my mom after her operation recently and use the oils at home forvarious reasons. After 4 months of consumptions, I am officially out of peppermint and frankincense. These oils come in 5ml bottle. Wow, 4 months. Jimat banget. If u use it only for your family, sure can last even longer.#yleo
Eliminating Body Odor with Toothpaste, how odd is that?
I cannot leave the house without deodorant. Been using it like forever. Past few months, i was having a bigger issue since i cannot stand my own smell. (Blame it in the hormone).
Alhamdulillah, i read in A Drop A Day group that Aromabright Toothpaste can also eliminate body odor. I was sceptical but i wont lose anything if i tried.
Now i am using the toothpaste for my teeth and also at the pit. Just to add freshness (not necessary), i also use the deodorant spray we blend ourselves.
My sporty and active teenage boy is also using this.
Just put a peasize toothpaste on your finger and dab under your arms.
Great news, it doesnt stain your clothes and it lasts the whole day.
Hydrosol and floral water
Some people are asking, what are floral water / hydrosol for?
A more accurate name for floral water is hydrosol. It's the byproduct of the distillation process. So it has traces of EOs inside there.

the Everyday Oil Kit
Just had a small oiling session with two friends today. Had fun smelling and talking about oil and the benefits. One bought an RC for her daughter and another bought Joy for herself.
Then my husband asked me to massage his back. I need an easy solution as I am not too strong to massage him at the mo. So I just rubbed some PanAway.

I don't apply shampoo and soap on Zayd until recently. Sometimes bila berpeluh sangat baru shampoo dan sabun.
Smelly? Mana ada smelly. Bau baby sedap kot.
When we shampoo and use soap, we use none other than the Kidscent range from Young Living.

Kolik, ketidakselesaan perut pada bayi
Pantang-pantang ni kadang-kadang tekak tidak tahan. Kadang-kadang makan juga pedas. Jadi bila degil makan juga benda yang patut hati-hati, perut anaklah jadi mangsanya.
Ada beberapa kali zayd colic. Perut kembung. Keras sahaja. Kemudian resah gelisah. Silap-silap menangis tidak mahu tidur.

Thieves Toothpaste and my 100 PV ER
Got my ER order today. I am so loving the Thieves product, this month I added the toothpaste and floss. Gotta love ur teeth.
And managed to get Gentle Baby too. Will make Gentle Baby balm for the kids. And that is my 3rd deep relief.
Used the toothpaste already, it has no foam so must get use to that if anyone loves foamy toothpaste. I like the way it is and love the aftertaste too.
